These terms and conditions apply to any
purchase via this website.
1. Placing an Order
By placing an order you establish a contract
with us on these terms and conditions.
Upon receipt of the order we will verify the
availability of the product(s) and the payment
details. We are not obliged to supply the product(s)
until we have shipped the product(s) and sent
an order confirmation to you by email.
2. Supply of product(s)
After the product(s) have been shipped we will
send you a shipping confirmation email.
3. Price and Payment
All purchases have to be paid in advance.
The pricing of the product(s) is the price
a shown on this website at the time the order
was placed
All prices are shown in EUR.
When placing an order you can choose to pay
via paypal or via bank transfer to our European
bank account.
4. Delivery
For estimated delivery times please see your
item’s descriptions.
We will ship directly to the address provided
by you at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed on we will use registered
royal thai airmail as our carrier.
Any delivery dates quoted by us are only estimates
and are not part of the contract. Sometimes
delays are inevitable and we cannot be held
responsible for these delays.
We are not responsible for any customs or duty
/ tax fees that apply in countries outside of
Thailand. If necessary, it is the responsibility
of you to pay any of these charges.
If a shipment is undeliverable, the product(s)
will be returned to us at your expense and can
then be sold to other customers. We have no
obligation to reserve or redeliver.
5. Returns and Refunds
No product(s) shall be returned to us unless:
- the product(s) is defect
- we have notified you via email that you may
return the product
After return of the product(s) to us we will
ship replacement if we can confirm that the
product(s) is defective.
If there is no replacement product available
we will refund the product price.
