FAQs: Frequently asked Questions

1. Shipping

1.1 Do you ship to the United States / Europe / Asia / Japan / Australia / Africa and how do you ship?
We ship directly from Bangkok, Thailand, to any country worldwide which is covered by postal services. Small orders are shipped by registered royal thai airmail, larger orders can be sent by FedEx which only takes around 3 days.

1.2 How much is the Shipping and Handling?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product. We charge the same price for insured shipping to Europe or the US. 1 Muay Thai Short for example ships for 5,48 EUR / 8,98 US$. You can find detailed shipping price information in all of the item descriptions.

 

2. Delivery Time

2.1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your location, our shipments usually arrive within 3 to 14 days (around christmas it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks and around Thai New Year, which is in the middle of April, production will stop for 1 week and there are serious delays regarding shipping as well because postal services are closed for nearly a week as well, please be patient around that time of the year). Items will be sent after the full payment is received and as soon as the item becomes available(some items will be in stock, others are made to order, please read the item description).

2.2. I am still waiting for my order to arrive, what happened?
Please allow around 2 weeks for your items to arrive. Sometimes the delivery process is slowed down because the customs are checking the contents which slows down the delivery, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. If applicable, custom fees have to be paid by the buyer.

2.2. What if my order gets lost?
If your order gets damaged or lost we will replace the items or offer you a refund. Every item we ship will be insured and has to be signed on receipt, should anything get lost we will be able to track it and claim the value from the courier service. However please understand that we need proof that something went wrong and need to track lost items and cannot do so before 21 days have passed and you still haven’t received anything yet.



3. Payment

3.1 How can I pay?
You can either pay by PAYPAL or via bank transfer to our European bank account(IBAN/SWIFT for free transfers will be provided).

3.2. Do you accept all major credit cards?
Our partner PayPal.com accepts all major credit cards, therefore: Yes.
